All UESI Events will be held in the University Center (UC). The UC is where the Anchor, Lone Star and Legacy Ballrooms are located.
Mixer will be held in the Legacy Ballroom.
Luncheon will be held in the Anchor Ballroom.
All Breakout Sessions will be held in the Lonestar Ballroom, Sections A, B, & C.
UESI Complimentary Parking available at Jellyfish Lot.

Hotel Parking & Room Rates
The discounted daily parking rate is $15, and is not included in the group rate. The group rate will be honored 3 days before or after the conference if you decide to extend your stay. Only available while there is availability. Please keep in mind there will be a major nearby marathon the same weekend, so please plan early!
Transportation
Hotel Shuttle from and to Airport
An Omni Hotel shuttle will be available to travel to and from the Airport.
Shuttle Bus to and from Hotel and Conference
A UESI-provided bus will be available for travel between the hotel and conference at the start and end of each day. There will be two bus runs at the start and two bus runs at the end. A schedule will be available closer to the event date.
